A foundation for complex technical work

Shanghai Vital Deeptech Co., Ltd. has selected AlphaFlow’s process asset management platform. The company operates in semiconductor equipment and materials, where product development, process changes and quality requirements create closely connected workflows.

Start with architecture and traceable assets

The first phase centers on AlphaFlow EBPA. It will organize process architecture, technical standards and management policies into a consistent, traceable asset framework. The announced scope includes new product development, engineering changes and trial production, together with connections to manufacturing, quality and supply chain activities.

Support coordination across teams

The project is intended to establish a reusable process library and clearer governance across departments and sites. It gives technical and operational teams a shared basis for describing responsibilities and managing changes.
