A common foundation for a complex group

Beijing Enterprises Water Group, the Hong Kong-listed water and environmental services business, has selected AlphaFlow for process planning and design. Its operations span investment, engineering, construction, operations and technical services, creating many handoffs across organizations and departments.

Start with one end-to-end process

The initiative begins with procurement to payment. AlphaFlow EBPA will support the mapping and consolidation of process assets that are currently distributed across teams, bringing them into a shared structure with clear relationships and management requirements.

Build a repeatable governance approach

The pilot is intended to create a visual, maintainable process library and establish a method that can be reused in other business areas. The focus is on making process boundaries and dependencies explicit before extending the approach.
