A shared foundation for a multi-site business

Shanghai Bacchus, a Bairun group company and producer of RIO ready-to-drink cocktails, has signed an agreement with AlphaFlow. The initiative brings policies and processes distributed across departments and production bases into a shared governance framework.

Make policies and procedures easier to use

The program includes a process and policy portal for organizing regulations and standard operating procedures. Structured records and consistent access are intended to help employees find the requirements that apply to their work.

Connect requirements with control points

For selected processes with stronger control requirements, the project scope links workflow steps to policy clauses and relevant risk controls. The emphasis is on maintaining traceable relationships between the rule, the activity and the responsible role.
