A common process language across locations

Meide Group has signed an agreement with AlphaFlow to build an enterprise process governance platform. The manufacturer supplies fluid transport products and solutions to international markets and operates a network of production bases and factories.

Turn experience into reusable assets

The AlphaFlow EBPA program centers on a shared process hierarchy, consistent classification and modeling standards. It will bring distributed policies and operational experience into a searchable process asset library, supporting reuse as teams, locations and business activities change.

Maintain processes through their lifecycle

The project also includes governance from planning and publication through monitoring and version retirement. Its purpose is to help business units work from a consistent set of process definitions while maintaining them over time.
