A growing international business
Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. has selected AlphaFlow’s platform and process consulting services. The air filtration manufacturer has production, research and commercial operations across China, Thailand and Japan, with customers in multiple international markets.
Connect architecture with daily operations
Goldensea has already begun organizing its process architecture. The new program combines consulting with AlphaFlow EBPA for process planning and structured assets, and AlphaFlow BPA for workflow execution and visibility. Its phased scope links common modeling standards with responsibilities, governance rules and ongoing evaluation.
