AlphaFlow BPA linked budget requests, expense applications, reimbursement and payment into a connected workflow. A Chinese, English and Japanese portal supported users working across organizations.

Scaling across companies

The published implementation developed through Yanmar agricultural machinery, the Shanghai engine business and the Shandong engine business. Integrations with Kingdee and organizational systems helped connect approved transactions with financial processing.

What changed
