The challenge
Research, manufacturing and procurement needed common process standards alongside their specialist requirements. Published processes also needed a practical mechanism for checking execution and handling deviations.
The approach
AlphaFlow EBPA organized process design, files, publication and version management around a shared architecture. Terminology, indicators, policies, responsibilities and key control points were associated with the relevant processes.
Checking execution
Managers create check plans and assign reviewers. Reviewers record compliance with key control points and initiate improvements where requirements are not met. This connects process publication with ongoing management activity.
What changed
The published account describes a platform that moved into operation and continuing support. Process assets can be searched, maintained, checked and improved, giving different business functions a common reference for collaboration.
